Shipping Policy

We generally ship all our domestic orders via FedEx Ground as we have found it to be the least expensive shipping option in the U.S.

We will ship your order within three to five business days of receipt unless we are backordered. We will let you know if we are backordered.

Shipping charges vary depending on the destination address. Orders are shipped from Santa Rosa, CA 95407.

It generally takes 7 to 10 business days for packages to be received in east coast destinations, 3 to 4 business days to destinations in the west coast and 4 to 6 days to mid west destinations. We can accommodate faster shipping options via FedEx 2nd Day, Next Day etc. please for more information.
